Description

St. Mary's Mission was founded in 1841 by a Jesuit priest. It was the first white settlement in Montana and the town of Stevensville eventually grew from its seeds. Tour the complex itself, chapel, cabin, and dove cots, and visit the visitor's center for more historical context, as well as art galleries and a research library.
