The Montana State Capitol is more than a governmental building; its beauty borders on extravagance, a monument to the natural and historical glory of the state. Walk on those marble floors (polished mirrored) and see wall after wall of paintings. You'll find many paintings inset on the ceilings, most famously in the domed Rotunda.
