Description

This site is found in a natural forest environment at a relatively high elevation. Summers are short but spectacular, and well worth the driving effort to reach the campground. The surrounding area offers exceptional scenery, solitude, and unlimitless opportunities for wildlife viewing and hiking.

Lakeside campsites, undeveloped boat ramp, fishing access to the lake, and a secluded forest environment. There is also a trailhead for horseback riding and a hiking loop trail. This campground is in close proximity to the Ten Lakes Scenic Area which offers numerous hiking opportunities for the forest visitor.

Emergency medical/dental/optical services are available in Eureka. Groceries, fuel, laundry services and other full services are also available.

Basic Directions

From Eureka, travel US Highway 93 east for approximately 7 miles to Grave Creek Road 114. Turn north onto this road and follow for 28 miles to the campground. Note that after 14 miles, Road 114 becomes Road 319. Signs will lead you to both Big and Little Therriault campgrounds.
