The Lower Spokane run starts right in downtown Spokane at Walk In Wild Park. An intermediate whitewater run, the Lower Spokane features several rapids dominated by large basalt features. The large volume of the Spokane becomes more evident as the rivers force pushes past volcanic pillars, creating large, sometimes tricky hydraulics.
