Recommended for canoes and small row boats. Includes a picnic shelter with two tables (other tables available), swimming area (no lifeguard), and fishing derbies.
Emergency medical services are available through the clinic in Bull River, 5 miles northwest of Noxon; Libby, 58 miles northwest; or Sandpoint, Idaho, 50 miles west. Other full services are also found in the neighboring towns of Trout Creek and Thompson Falls.

From Noxon, turn west onto Road 2229 (also known as the Noxon-Heron road) and follow for 3.5 miles to the site. Triangle Pond is adjacent to the railroad trestle that crosses the reservoir.
