Airports
Several airports are located within a few hours' drive of the wilderness, depending on which area you want to access. On the north and west side, Glacier Park International Airport just outside Kalispell is the best bet. Southwest of the wilderness area is Missoula International Airport. To the southeast is the Helena Regional Airport.
All three airports provide over a dozen daily flights to destinations across the western United States.

Basic Directions
The Bob Marshall Wilderness is located in northern Montana, between I-15 heading north Butte and I-90 heading northwest. State Highway 83 runs parallel to the western edge of the wilderness area and about 10 miles distant, with many access points along the way. Highway 200 runs east near the southern edge of the wilderness, and then joins with US 287 and US 89 which run along the eastern side, but a good deal farther away. Finally, the north edge of the complex is accessed via US 2, which skirts the southern edge of Glacier National Park.
