Livingston is located in southern Montana along I-90, adjacent to Bozeman. Butte and the junction with north/south I-15 is 85 miles to the west, while Billings is 145 miles to the east. US 89 also runs through town, connecting it with Yellowstone National Park about 60 miles to the south and White Sulpher Springs, 70 miles to the north. Great Falls is 200 miles north of Livingston.
